LKDesigns is a full-service, MHSE certified staging company providing
design and re-design services, transportation, setup and removal of all
items required for staging.
Select from the following options:
SILVER: A walk-through consultation for $250 - we provide the
input and you select and implement what fits your budget and timeframe.
Suggestions included for interior and exterior.
GOLD: A detailed, written report complete with room-by-room
furniture arrangements, color selections and pallets, and replacement
lighting/hardware selection if applicable. The $500 report prioritizes
what needs to be done. Contractor references provided upon request.
Personal shopping can also provided at $25/hour.
PLATINUM: Full-service design and staging includes
de-cluttering, furniture arrangement, accent placement, color choices
and curb appeal. Staging and furniture/accessories rental is quoted per
bid.
Unlike many home staging services, LKDesigns does not ask you to buy new
furniture or accents for staging. We use what we can from your home and
add to it from our extensive inventory. Transportation, setup and
removal are included in this option.
